Help Keep the Garden Open for Our Students!
Volunteer for just 30 minutes and you will allow students to enjoy the quiet garden during recess to chat, explore or enjoy a bit of gardening. No green thumb required!
30 Minutes is all it takes….
It’s easy to volunteer in the Outdoor Classroom:
- Bring your lunch, a book, a friend or small child.
- No gardening required (but if you enjoy it, you can).
- Cancelled if it’s raining.
The students usually draw, play board games, chat or do light work in the peaceful setting. They just need someone there to chaperone and let them know what time it is.
They really need you. The garden can’t open for them without a parent there.
